Wadd is an offline-first task management and life goals tracking application provided by Lunoit Labs. The Software is available as a desktop client for Windows and a mobile application for Android, featuring local database persistence, optional Google Drive cloud synchronization, and optional AI goal coaching integration.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your device, local databases, and third-party credentials.
Creating backups of your personal data.
Ensuring that your use of the Software complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

4. Third-Party Services

Wadd integrates with third-party platforms including Google Drive for cloud synchronization. Your use of Google APIs is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Lunoit Labs is not liable for third-party service outages or policy changes.
